Java Kitchen HALAL status

**UPDATE: Thank you for your support and understanding. MUIS has granted our HALAL certification. We'll put up the certificate back again =)

Dear our beloved Customers,

There has been some confusion about Java Kitchen (Singapore) - Tanjong Katong branch HALAL status.

With this blog-letter, we would like to clarify that we are still committed to provide HALAL food serving the Moslem community in Singapore. Our foods contain NO pork / lard and we only engage HALAL-certified suppliers.

The reason we brought down the HALAL logo is because due to some miscommunications we failed to renew the certification on time. This resulted in MUIS to consider our renewal application as a new application -- which take much longer time and cost more as well. We are currently doing our best to complete this process as soon as possible.
